Many of Veridyne’s State and Federal clients are struggling with email content management. Leaks of confidential emails continue to underline the importance for confidentiality in email systems, particularly for content sent between political appointees and senior executives. At the same time, the National Archives is determining best practice for email records management according to the DoD 5015.2 Standard.
BlueSpace TransMail provides a strategic platform for email content management, targeting both confidential and records content. TransMail controls content from creation to final deletion according to an enterprise policy defined at the organisation level.
