Core to our approach is providing technically advanced Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software that can be configured to meet a broad range of solution requirements. The result is lower Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), higher quality software and faster time to production. BlueSpace has a partner-centric approach that provides our customers with more resources and choices for deploying BlueSpace solutions.
BlueSpace, along with BlueSpace Partners, provides five types of services:
Advisory Services: assistance with strategy and planning including Proof of Concept, demonstration and pilot systems.
Deployment Services: deploying and supporting accreditation of BlueSpace solutions to well defined requirements and success criteria.
Support Services: providing ongoing technical and mission support to ensure the effectiveness of BlueSpace solutions.
Training Services: training users, administrators, help desk personnel and partners on how to deploy, use and manage BlueSpace solutions.
BlueSpace also has a Services Partner Program, which provides training and support for BlueSpace Service Partners.
