Helping Define Mission and Technical Strategy, Requirements and Success Criteria

BlueSpace, in conjunction with BlueSpace Partners, will work with your staff and integrator partners to move from concept to detailed plans for implementing BlueSpace solutions. Advisory services can focus on the mission and / or technical aspects of incorporating BlueSpace solutions. Typical deliverables include assessment reports, detailed plans for moving forward, requirements specifications, architecture specifications, accreditation plans and pre-production proof of concept systems.

• Mission Planning: focuses on how the solution will integrate into accomplishing mission objectives including specific benefits, success criteria and requirements.

• Technical Planning: focuses on requirements and architecture for technical integration of the solution into existing infrastructure and systems.

• Accreditation Planning: focuses on defining the required tests and documentation to accredit the solution for production.

• Proof of Concept, Demonstration & Pilot Systems: the delivery of systems to assist in the validation of the solution and to demonstrate the system to decision makers, users, accreditors and infrastructure staff.
